How did you come up with the concept for the 'All Day' music video?
I was talking to our amazing director, Dave Ovenshire, and my producer Shawn Campbell, and we wanted to come up with something involving many different scenes. In the beginning of the video there is a dream sequence involving a girl. After I wake up from the dream, I seem to see the girl everywhere I go and spend time in my mind trying to figure out who she is. After I take my dance lesson, I see the girl in person for the first time, but she drives off before I get the chance to speak to her. Finally, at the end of the video, I meet her at a party... and happily ever after!

Love your moves! How long did it take you to rehearse?
Thank you! I was working with my talented choreographer, Darrien Henning, and we realized I hadn't actually performed a dance routine in any of my videos yet! It took us about a week (we only had a couple of hours to spare each day!) to choreograph and rehearse the sequence. I think we pulled it off. Hope you all liked it!

Who was that girl dancing in the beginning of the video?
We used two amazing girls dancing in the video, Jordan Wentz and Marissa Vela-Bailey. I think the back flips were really effective in the dream sequence! The scene was fun to do and turned out great. I only hope, in the next video, I get to be the one doing the flips! I asked the girls to teach me! [laughs] I am so grateful also to my other incredible dancers Nobu, Harout and Dennis.

Who was the main girl in the video?
The lead girl is Yasmin Baildon, a great friend of mine and has been since I was born. She is 16 years old and flew in from Australia to be in the video. My parents grew up with hers, and Yasmin and I kinda grew up together as well. She's like a sister to me. We had a great time on set!

How many times did you two have to jump into the swimming pool?
Fortunately, we only had to jump once! If we did it twice, we would have already been wet before we jumped in! That pool was absolutely freezing! That was both best and worst scene, for different reasons! I love pools, but I wasn't too keen on the temperature of the pool. [laughs]

What was it like filming the rain scene? You weren't actually filming in the rain, right? Were you guys freezing?
That scene was shot at 1am, the darkest (and coldest) possible hour of the day. It wasn't real rain unfortunately, but we had a great time. David Ovenshire designed the rain machine and my grandparents, who were over visiting at the time, actually built the machine out of garden hose and timber, so I owe it all to them! We all jumped in the Jacuzzi after we finished filming to warm up. This was the best part about the shoot, of course!

What "fresh pair of shoes" were you wearing in the video?
I wore three different brands throughout the video. The first were white Chivalrous Cultures, a male brand by Diggy Simmons and partnered with 'Pastry.' The second were a shiny black pair, by Zara, worn in the rain scenes. The third were red hightops, worn at the party, by Ateliers Arthur. The girls all wore Pastry.

What did you guys do on set in between takes? What did you snack on?
On set, we had what could have been called a feast! We filled it with all our favourites. Between takes, we just messed around and pulled pranks on each other. Some were hilarious!

You had a lot of your friends in the video, so I'm sure you had a blast shooting it! What's the funniest thing that happened behind the scenes?
When were on call for the party scene, Jessica Jarrell and I pretended that Jessica had not yet arrived. She hid in a closet and I was telling everyone that Jessica was going to be two hours late — everybody freaked out. After our crew had put enough stress on themselves, Jessica revealed herself!

Fans can't wait for your new album! Is there anything you can tell us about it?
We have so many amazing songs for this debut album! We have worked really hard since the release of the 4 U EP and I'm so hyped for people to hear our new songs. I've been working with some of the most talented songwriters and producers in the business; I am so grateful to each and every one. I'm learning so much co-writing with such amazing people and trying to make my music the best that it can possibly be. You may see a couple of surprise featured artists as well! None of this would have happened without you all! #simpsonize
